"An interior inspection is essential to fully appreciate the lifestyle afforded by this superbly modernised and updated two bedroom detached bungalow on the popular residential development of West Meads. The property has been improved to exacting standards by the present owner and is presented for sale in show home order. Salient features include a bright sitting room having a large full width double glazed picture window and open fireplace, tastefully appointed kitchen comprising a comprehensive range of floor and wall cupboards plus a 'Leisure Range' style cooker with matching canopy cooker hood above, 'Hotpoint' fridge and freezer and space and plumbing for washing machine concealed behind cupboard doors. The Cathedral City of Chichester is also easily accessed via the A259 or B2166 and is approximately six miles.
