"If you want to live in a detached house where you are independent yet don't want too many rooms this is the home for you.

Built in an era when space and light were popular requirements this home is a great example of it's time. The master bedroom is big enough to be converted into two and the second bedroom is also a double, so this house has lots of potential as it's stands or with new additions/extensions.

Downstairs there has already been an extension on the kitchen so all the rooms are well proportioned, there is also a downstairs cloakroom off the hallway which is unusual for the age and a good sized bathroom upstairs.

The garden is also another feature of this home that has been looked after, with the addition of decking and with a very sunny outlook when the weather permits, it is quite screened from other gardens and property.

This home has a lovely air about it and is awaiting to serve a new family. It is located in an established cul-de-sac and nowhere in Billingshurst is too far away.

We have had a very comfortable time living in this house. We originally moved here because it enabled us to down size and yet still live in a detached house with big rooms. Also we saw potential in it because it was built with a small kitchen, but we have extended the sized to a kitchen/breakfast room. There is more that can be done, many people have added bedrooms or a conservatory (subject to the usual consents) for this design. Also if you have more than one car there is scope to widen the existing drive. The garage is also a good size and some people like to convert this into more living space. The garden feels very private and many of the residents in the close have been here over 30 years, which probably shows that we have all been happy living in this area.
