"Homestead is situated in a popular semi rural location and comprises a substantial individual detached bungalow with an extensive range of studios/workshops on an attractive third of an acre plot. The versatile accommodation has huge potential and one or two of the reception rooms could be re-configured to provide additional bedroom accommodation. At present, the bungalow boasts three reception rooms (which includes a particularly impressive square shaped sitting room) and a very large kitchen/family room fitted with a range of hand built pine units and worktops. The three bedrooms are served by a large bathroom/shower room and an open tread staircase off the main sitting room accesses an extensive attic room with Velux windows which extends to just under 37 ft.

The bungalow is approached over an 'in and out' driveway which provides plenty of off-road parking and leads to both a car port and a garage beyond. There are a number of other substantial outbuildings including a brick built workshop and two large studios. The bungalow is fronted by a crescent shaped lawned area with a flagstone paved 'cross' edged with roses with further borders around the periphery. The rear garden is another fine feature laid out with an expanse of lawn, occasional shrubs and fruit trees with a Japanese styled gazebo on a timber decked seating area with a rose clad trellis archway leading to a delightful courtyard area adjoined by roses and herbaceous planting. SITUATION
Ifold is a semi rural residential area that is served by a good local store and lies between the pretty West Sussex villages of Plaistow and Loxwood, both of which are also served by local shops as well as village schools. The large historic village of Billingshurst lies approximately 6 miles away and provides a range of shops, pubs, schooling for all age groups, a leisure centre with a swimming pool and a mainline station with a service into London Victoria. More extensive shopping, leisure and banking facilities are available in Guildford which lies approximately 15 miles to the north with junction 10 of the A3/M25 interchange approximately 26 miles away. Sporting facilities in the area include the local Foxbridge Golf Club and Wildwood Golf Club.

DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Proceed over the next two roundabouts, remaining on the A272, and after approximately 1 mile turn right along the B2133 signposted Loxwood. After approximately 4.5 miles turn left (signposted Ifold and Plaistow) and having reached the local store, turn right into The Drive. Homestead will be found towards the far end of The Drive on the left hand side.
