"Westering is a substantial family home with deceptively spacious and adaptable living space situated in a semi rural location and has plot measuring just over a third of an acre. From the spacious entrance hall steps lead down to a most impressive double aspect sitting room with a wood burning stove which, due to the layout of the property, benefits from a higher ceiling while the separate dining room, another extremely light and spacious room measures nearly 23 ft long. The large 'L' shaped kitchen/breakfast room with double doors opening out onto the patio is another bright spacious room with a comprehensive range of light fronted cupboards and built in appliances. The ground floor accommodation is completed by a large double aspect study/family room, a utility room and a cloakroom.

DIRECTIONS
From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Proceed over the next two roundabouts, remaining on the A272, and after approximately one mile turn right along the B2133 towards Loxwood. After approximately 4.5 miles turn left signposted Ifold and Plaistow and, having reached the local store, turn right into The Drive. From that point the property will be found after a short distance on the right hand side.
