"A highly spacious detached family house. Mistwood offers superb accommodation over two floors which radiates from the inviting entrance hallway. On the ground floor can be found a downstairs wc, study, spacious L-shaped sitting room with French doors opening into the conservatory. The kitchen breakfast room is fitted in a modern shaker style and leads to a separate family room which also connects with the sitting room. The utility room accesses the garden, with a door in from the front also, the utility also gives access to the garage, a further wc and stairs rise to the first floor. From this staircase and separate from the main stairs and landing can be found a spacious double bedroom and a shower room. The main staircase leads to a generous landing which leads to the four double bedrooms, the master with an ensuite offering a bath, walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. The family bathroom leads directly from the landing.

The property is located on the private estate in Ifold, which with its local store catering for everyday needs is a popular and semi-rural location lying between the villages of Plaistow and Loxwood both being about 2 miles distant with village stores and a primary school. Ifold is well placed for access to the larger provincial centres of Haslemere (Waterloo), Horsham
