"Little Pound Farm is a pretty Grade II listed period cottage, having pleasing tile hung elevations under a clay tiled roof. The property offers an adaptable arrangement of accommodation and retains many period features including a wealth of exposed oak joinery throughout, inglenook fireplaces and leaded light windows. The entrance porch has quarry tiling and leads via an internal door into the spacious reception hall. From here two separate doors lead into the double aspect dining room which has a feature inglenook fireplace with a bread oven and also a staircase leading to the first floor. The spacious kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of cupboard and drawer units in light oak and a four ring electric hob with double oven under, and there is space and plumbing for a dishwasher and tall fridge/freezer. From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A272 towards Wisborough Green. Proceed over the next two roundabouts, remaining on the A272, and after approximately 1 mile turn right along the B2133 towards Loxwood. Having reached Loxwood village, after approximately 4.5 miles, proceed to the far end of the village and take the turning on the right into Spy Lane. Little Pound Farm will then be found after a short distance on the right hand side.
