"A spacious detached two bedroom bungalow with lovely front & rear gardens. You arrive at the property via a gravel drive with parking space for five vehicles. The front garden is bordered by mature evergreen hedging with a lawn displaying a selection of small trees and shrubs.

The front door opens under an entrance porch leading into the central hallway. There is an office area to the left with a window overlooking the front garden and a small reception room to the right also with a window to the front of the property. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with pine base and wall units, Formica worktops with an inset sink/drainer, space for a freestanding cooker, fridge and dishwasher. The walls are part tiled and the floor is covered in lino. There is a seating area at the back of the kitchen with a serving hatch positioned between the kitchen and dining room and a window overlooking the garden. Leading through to the utility room you will find the boiler, more fitted storage units, plumbing/space for a washing machine and a door leading out into the back garden. The sitting/dining room has dual aspect windows with views onto the front and back gardens, the sitting room has a central open fireplace and double doors have been installed to give you the option of dividing the seating and dining areas. Beyond the dining room is a conservatory that is perfectly positioned to admire the mature shrubs and fruit trees.
