"EPC-F. Redlands is a detached 1930's bungalow situated on a large garden plot of approximately 0.4 acre on the edge of this rural hamlet. The property is in need of complete renovation. and in addition to the scope for updating the dwelling, there is potential to extend or replace it subject to the usual planning consents.

The front door opens into a reception hall with double doors leading into the inner hallway. The accommodation comprises a double aspect sitting room with an open fireplace with a brick hearth and surround, a dining room, a kitchen with an adjoining breakfast room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The property is offered for sale with vacant possession and viewings are by appointment only.
