"This superb home is a must to view - we all love it! It's really unusual and offers very flexible accommodation. Divided into 2 distinct areas, the original house offers 3 or 4 bedrooms, all doubles, with the largest having an en-suite shower room and all with fitted wardrobes. Downstairs, the sitting and dining rooms overlook the garden whilst the study, which has been used as a bedroom, is double aspect. The kitchen is an excellent size with numerous oak-fronted units and various fitted appliances, all arranged around a significant oak peninsular unit/breakfast bar - perfect for gadgets galore. The utility room gives access to a second study and unique family room with double height vaulted ceiling and log burner with an open-tread staircase to the first floor with a galleried master bedroom complete with wardrobes and concealed wet room. If anyone needed a self-contained annexe, this area would be ideal, offering easily adapted space for family or friends. The house has been well maintained and is presented in good order with plenty of exposed pine doors and woodwork adding to the character, with modern necessities like double glazing already in situ. The glorious and mature gardens feature a delightful wildlife pond ,raised vegetable patch, sheds and a greenhouse. What the Owner says:

We bought the house because of its spaciousness, adaptability and potential. We have made improvements including the installation of a log burning stove which makes the house really cosy. As a former professional chef, the kitchen is an attractive space with lots of work surfaces - perfect for cooking, eating and entertaining! As keen walkers we liked its situation with the Sussex Border Path only a few metres away and the house is close to lots of beautiful countryside.
