"20 Holders Close comprises an attractive modern detached house which was built by Bryant Homes approximately five years ago with white painted brick-faced elevations and brick detailing incorporating double glazed windows, all under a pitched tiled roof. The house enjoys a particularly favourable location on this small development, having an open aspect to the front, and has the potential for extension (subject to the usual consents being obtainable).

At present the accommodation provides, on the ground floor, two separate reception rooms together with a well-fitted kitchen with an attractive range of Shaker-styled units, timber-styled worktops and built-in appliances and a useful understairs storage cupboard. A part-galleried landing accesses the three bedrooms (the master with an en suite shower room). The specification includes real wood flooring to the hall, lounge and dining room and the accommodation is decorated throughout in a neutral scheme.

Outside, a private driveway provides parking for two cars and there is pedestrian access via the garden.
