"Pegasus Court is a modern but character building catering for primarily retired people. As you walk into the communal hallway and visit the communal lounge with it's own kitchen you can appreciate the exclusivity with the quality of finish. There is a guest bedroom , along with communal laundry room. There is also a house manager that co-ordinates the day to day life of the building and organizes events/trips for those that are interested. Within each flat is a "pull cord" 24 hour emergency access line in case of difficulty. This particular flat is the larger design, with pleasant decoration and NO CHAIN. It's special feature is the fact that you can use the second bedroom as a guest or dining room, as there is a lot of space to play with.

The space in this home has helped with the transition from life in a house, to an apartment after making the difficult decision to a retire to a purpose built development. But once here, the relief of living amongst like minded folk is so good for the soul! People can have their own private time, or mingle with others .In fact its also great to go into the garden, knowing I don't have to tend to it! This building is also ideally placed towards the North end of the High Street, so the shops and cafe's are just literally down the road.
