"EPC-D 2 Easton Crescent is a particularly pleasing looking detached family house with a sunny west facing rear garden which forms part of a small select development of other detached properties of varying design. The good sized accommodation is approached via an entrance porch with a cloakroom off the hallway and a fine feature coal effect gas fire to the lounge with its attractive window bay. Off the lounge double doors open to the dining room, perfect for providing an enlarged entertaining area with double glazed patio doors providing a pleasant outlook over the rear garden. In addition there is a study providing a third reception room. The kitchen/breakfast room takes full advantage of the west facing aspect and of the view over the garden and is attractively fitted with a range of 'white oak' fronted units plus a useful deep understairs storage cupboard and a double glazed door opening to a side porch with a further door to the garden.

On the first floor all four bedrooms extend to a good size with a re-fitted en suite shower room to the master bedroom and a stylishly re-fitted family bathroom serving the three remaining bedrooms.

Outside, a double width driveway provides off road parking and leads to a substantial brick and tiled garage with an electrically operated 'up and over' door, power and light, roof storage area and a personal door opening to the garden. There is a low maintenance area of garden to the front of the house laid out as split level slate screed borders with a gate to one side providing side access. To the rear, an extensive full width paved patio provides plenty of space for the al fresco lifestyle and takes full advantage of the due west facing aspect overlooking a wedge shaped area of lawn with occasional shrubs, the whole enjoying almost total seclusion.
