"EPC - D. A very generous two double bedroom detached bungalow located in a central position in the sought after village of Billingshurst. There is a large enclosed entrance porch which leads into an equally generous reception hall, the lounge/dining room is 26'2 x 14'10 with a large picture window to the front, and glazed French doors and side panels overlooking and leading out to the glass topped pergola to the rear. The tiled fireplace has an open grate as well as a gas point and a large serving hatch to the kitchen.
