"Situated in a cul-de-sac facing a small green, a 3-bedroom semi-detached property built in 1969 located on the popular eastern side of the village. The property has been modernised recently to incorporate a newly re-fitted kitchen, newly re-fitted bathroom, a new central heating boiler, new interior doors and new carpeting and re-decoration throughout. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, full-width lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to the south-facing rear garden with a staircase leading to the first floor landing. Bedrooms 1 and 3 overlook the south-facing rear garden whilst bedroom 2 overlooks the green. The bathroom has been totally re-fitted with all new sanitary fittings and also off the landing is the airing cupboard and loft access. To the front of the property, there is an area of lawn with flower and shrub beds and hedging and a concrete entrance drive leads to the integral garage. Via a wrought-iron gate to the side, access leads to the enclosed rear garden which has a brick terrace, an expanse of lawn, flower and shrub beds and mostly timber-fenced boundaries."
