"This modern house offers bright accommodation close to the village green, shops, amenities and Yapton Primary School.
On the ground floor is a sunny south facing kitchen/breakfast room with a range of wall and floor units. The kitchen has been extended in so much as adding additional units and therefore doubling the worktop space, the improvements made to the kitchen by the existing vendor also include full size dishwasher, pull out bins, Le Mans corner cupboard and tall height, full depth larder.
