"A beautifully presented and extended detached house that has been greatly improved by the current owners, to a high standard throughout. The property is nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac and offered for sale with no forward chain. The property benefits from backing onto an open field and the west facing garden offers a good degree of privacy. The current owners have extended the house to the front, creating a much bigger kitchen / breakfast room and improving the size of the third bedroom. A large modern conservatory has been added to the back of the house, which complements the living accommodation superbly. It has solid oak flooring throughout, as does the entrance hall. The kitchen/breakfast room is fully fitted with a range of attractive shaker style units, and includes a chrome Smeg hob and extractor hood, and Bosch oven, grill and dishwasher. The sitting room has an attractive marble fireplace with a real flame gas fire. Further improvements made include an enlarged bathroom with a modern suite and re-fitted high quality Duravit cloakroom suite.
