It is a short car trip down to the lovely Climping beach & not too far from the village are the famous South Downs. The neighbouring village of Barnham has yet more local shopping & the mainline railway station, giving you great links to the city of London & destinations along the south coast.

Close by is the historic town of Arundel with its famous castle & cathedral, the River Arun & a large range of bars, restaurants & cafe's. In the opposite direction there is the beautiful city of Chichester with a large range of high street shops & supermarkets. There is also the famous Goodwood motor circuit close by & Goodwood Race Course.

The property itself is a spacious home, having a good size kitchen, the dining room can always be used as a third bedroom. If you need extra storage there is an outbuilding behind the garage.
