House Network are pleased to offer this delightful character three double bedroom terraced cottage. Believed to have been constructed in the late 18th or early 19th century by Napoleonic Prisoners of War and subsequently upgraded, extended and modernised, the property is Grade ll listed. It is situated in a highly sought after and elevated position in Arundel, being within a few hundred yards of the town centre and under the shadow of the Cathedral whose bells are silent.

The property is situated on a no through road. There is a stable style entrance door into the cottage. To the rear is a lovely mature 50 foot long landscaped garden with patio area with views of the catherdral. In addition there is a vegetable garden and large shed.

The cottage offers some period features including sash windows, and has gas central heating throughout.
