"This well presented detached house is situated within a quiet cul de sac and benefits from having a double glazed conservatory and attractive rear garden with privacy from neighbouring properties. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, cloakroom and modern re-fitted kitchen with built-in dishwasher, stainless steel oven, gas hob and extractor unit. The next room is the living room with its feature fire surround and electric fire, (although there is a gas point if preferred), and sliding door which leads into the double glazed conservatory. This benefits from a tiled floor, a roof vent for the really hot weather and double doors leading out to the garden. Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor landing, where the bathroom and all three bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom has the airing cupboard as well as an en suite shower room. The en suite, family bathroom and cloakroom all benefit from having modern white sanitaryware. Outside there is a garden area to the front with a driveway which leads to the detached garage (16'3 x 8'2). SITUATION
Wills Close is a quiet cul de sac of similar properties located in the village of Ford which lies a short distance from the neighbouring villages of Yapton and Barnham.
