"A well located, shared equity, first floor apartment standing within a sought after residential retirement development

LOCATION Hanover Court stands at the end of Haywood Drive and is within walking distance of the wide variety of shopping facilities available in the picturesque village of Tettenhall. Regular bus services are available and Wolverhampton City Centre is within easy travelling distance. DESCRIPTION The property comprises a first floor apartment with the added bonus of a chairlift having already been installed. There are two well proportioned bedrooms, a lounge dining room and a kitchen. It benefits from gas fired central heating and double glazing.
