LOCATION Bramstead Avenue is part of a residential development running between The Holloway and Bridgnorth Road and is within convenient reach of shopping facilities at Compton, Tettenhall Wood and Tettenhall.

This particular property is at the end of a small row of houses and enjoys a pleasant aspect over a central green. In addition to the excellent shopping facilities there is a range of schools within the area and the centre of Wolverhampton is within convenient reach. DESCRIPTION 35 Bramstead Avenue was originally built in approximately 1965 since when it has been altered, enlarged and re-appointed so that there is now an extensive kitchen which was originally the garage, the original kitchen is now the dining room and a large conservatory has been constructed at the rear. There is gas fired warm air central heating and UPVC double glazing.

The property is built of sand faced brick with part rendered front elevation and tiled mansard roof. It is approached by an entrance drive laid in tarmac with space for parking several cars. The spacious LOUNGE has an Adam style fireplace having marble slips and hearth and gas coal effect fire, large rear patio window and coved ceiling. The DINING ROOM has a wide bow window and coved ceiling, the STUDY has a range of built-in cupboards and shelves, laminated floor and boiler cupboard with Johnson and Starley gas fired boiler for warm air central heating. There is access from the lounge through the wide patio window to the extensive CONSERVATORY with laminated floor and double doors to the garden. There is also access to the spacious BREAKFAST KITCHEN with extensive ranges of built-in Shaker style units with laminated granite effect working surfaces including a stainless steel sink unit, Bosch dishwasher, Hotpoint washer dryer, Bosch fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and matching microwave. There is a stainless steel hob with chimney hood above and ranges of matching wall cupboards with under-cupboard lighting, laminated floor and part ceramic wall tiling and door to drive. The staircase leads from the dining room to the LANDING with airing cupboard having immersion heater. There are THREE DOUBLE BEDROOMS, two with built-in wardrobes with mirrored doors and one with a range of chests of drawers. There a tiled BATHROOM comprising panelled bath having shower with thermostatic control, pedestal basin, WC and electric towel rail. OUTSIDE There is a CARPORT with inset ceiling lighting, front door and door to kitchen.
