This is a semi detached home situated in the Claregate area of Wolverhampton. To the ground floor the accommodation consists of an entrance porch and hallway, two reception rooms and a kitchen. Whilst to the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom/w.c. Externally there are gardens to the front and rear, a driveway and a side storage room. The property benefits from double glazing as stated and a gas central heating system. EPC Rating awarded D.

Location

Claregate is situated to the west of Wolverhampton, with access to a variety of local schools and businesses. Tettenhall comprises of upper green and many shops is accessible via the A41 Tettenhall Road. Wolverhampton itself has a University, theatre, art gallery and several museums. There are a number of shopping centres in the city and several public parks as well as a mainline railway station with a tram link to Birmingham city centre. The motorway network can be accessed via the M6,M5 and M54.

Viewing is essential to appreciate the size, layout and condition of this delightful family home. From Wolverhampton Ring Road take the A41 Tettenhall Road at Chapel Ash Roundabout and at the traffic signals by Majestic Wine turn right onto Lower Street signposted Codsall. At the mini roundabout branch right onto Aldersley Road signposted Aldersley. Turn left onto Lynton Avenue and then turn right onto Crossland Crescent. Number 33 is on the right hand side.
