This is a traditional, terraced home, situated in Wolverhampton city centre. To the ground floor, the accommodation consists of an entrance porch, entrance hallway, two reception rooms and a fitted kitchen. To the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom/w.c. To the second floor, there are a further two bedrooms. The property benefits from double glazing and gas central heating. Externally, there is a court yard garden to the front, an outside w.c and a rear garden. EPC Rating grade E

Location

Francis Street is situated in Wolverhampton city centre, within access to Wolverhampton University and an Asda superstore. There are a number of local shops in the area, as well as a number of local schools and places of worship. Wolverhampton has a university, theatre, art gallery, several museums, a selection of shops and schools. There is a main line railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. Access to the motorway network is available via the M6, M5 and M54.

Viewing is essential to appreciate the size and layout of this terraced home. The property has an open entrance porch leading to a spacious reception hallway, which has a radiator, tiled flooring, stairs to the first floor accommodation and a feature archway, as well as an understairs storage area. The living room has a double glazed bay window, a radiator and feature wood effect flooring. The second rear facing reception room also has a double glazed window and a radiator. The kitchen is to the rear of the property and has a double glazed window to the side and a single glazed door leading to the garden. The kitchen has a modern range of wall and base units, with work surfaces, incorporating a sink and drainer unit, a cooker point and plumbing for a washing machine. The kitchen also benefits from tiled splash backs and tiled flooring. To the first floor, there are two large double bedrooms, the size of the master bedroom is impressive and a particular feature.
