This spacious semi detached home is situated in the Lanesfield area of Wolverhampton and offers accommodation comprising entrance porch, entrance hallway, lounge, dining/sitting room and a kitchen to the ground floor, whilst to the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom/w.c. Location

Lanesfield is situated to the south of Wolverhampton city centre, with access to Wolverhampton and Birmingham via the A4123 Birmingham New Road. There are a number of local shops, and a railway station in Coseley. The metro can also be accessed at Bilston. Wolverhampton itself has a University, Theatre, Art Gallery and several museums, as well as a number of public parks and several shopping centres. There is a mainline railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. The motorway network can be accessed via the M6, M5 and M54.

This delightful property would benefit from some cosmetic improvement, but is well presented and offers spacious family accommodation with access to local amenities.
