"Very conveniently located for public transport into town and for the comprehensive amenities at Compton and tucked away behind a thick laurel hedge, this pretty little bungalow, occupying a well screened corner plot, is immaculately presented throughout. Having bought the architecturally designed house from new from the renowned builder Perks and Sidebottom, the present owners have bestowed much TLC on both house and garden for the entirety of their 25 year occupation.

The 3 bedroom bungalow, built with attractive sandy coloured brick, set off well by the dark wood grain uPVC window frames, has a sophisticated exterior styling; this is complemented by the neutral colours and understated décor inside which maximise the light pouring in through the large picture windows to great effect.
