"A well positioned, traditional semi-detached property close to schools

LOCATION The Avenue is a popular street joining Castlecroft Road to Bhylls Lane with excellent and convenient access into the City Centre and neighbouring Villages. The location is ideal for Bhylls Acre Primary School as well as the neighbouring Smestow and Castlecroft Schools which are also of good repute. There are regular bus links serving the area as well as local shops, facilities and amenities. DESCRIPTION 18 The Avenue is a traditional brick construction with a tiled and pitched roof with a block paved driveway providing off road parking for several vehicles and access to a single garage with brick built outbuildings. There is a good sized lounge and dining room together with fitted kitchen and cloakroom/wc. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The garden is a good size and is very well tended by the current owners. The property offers central heating and double glazing. The staircase with wooden balustrades rises to the first floor LANDING with double glazed opaque window to the side elevation and loft access. The BATHROOM is fitted with a coloured suite with bath with shower over bath, pedestal wash hand basin with stainless steel mixer tap, low level wc, built-in storage cupboard, double glazed opaque window to the rear elevation and tiling to the walls. There are TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS both of which have double glazed windows with the front bedroom having the extra space of the bay window. BEDROOM 3 is a good-sized single with a double glazed window to the front elevation. OUTSIDE The property is approached over a large driveway affording off road parking for several vehicles. There is a shaped raised, walled gravelled area, fencing to the boundary and access to the garage. The REAR GARDEN is an excellent size and has a large lawn with full width patio, paviour path leading to the rear of the garden which has spaces for a greenhouse and a shed, there is fencing to the boundary with shaped and well-tended conifers and gravelled borders.
