Prospective tenants should note that a credit check and references will be taken.  An application form is available from Wakeman Estate Agents. 
 
There is an administration charge of ?125 plus VAT (?150 including VAT) for each applicant.  Tenancy renewal fees are ?30 including VAT per tenant.
