LOCATION Shenstone Court is located off Coalway Road towards the Penn Road and has excellent access to transport links both in and out of the City, with local shops, doctors and other facilities close by and a wealth of schooling in all sectors. DESCRIPTION Shenstone Court is a private cul-de-sac of mainly purpose-built apartments favoured mostly as retirement living due to the facilities nearby. The apartment has a good sized lounge, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It benefits from the communal gardens which are tended to under the service charge.
