LOCATION Copthorne Road is a popular tree-lined street located near to the local shopping amenities afforded by Penn Fields and has convenient access to the more extensive facilities provided by the City Centre itself via the A449 Penn Road. Furthermore the area is well served by a wide variety of schools in both sectors, most notably being the Royal Wolverhampton School which is within reasonable walking distance. DESCRIPTION 50 Copthorne Road is a charming traditional style semi-detached property occupying a corner position with Copthorne Road and Lea Road. There is a pretty rose garden to the front with access to the rear garden and the workshop, carport and off road parking. The property has a rendered facade with open porch leading to a welcoming entrance hall, two reception rooms, a kitchen/breakfast room with separate cloakroom/wc and laundry.
