The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy period provided the property is left in satisfactory condition.

Prospective tenants should note that a credit check and references will be taken. An application form is available from Wakeman Estate Agents. The tenancy application form has to be completed and the holding deposit paid prior to proceeding with any application.

We now have to carry out Right to Rent checks on all occupants over the age of 18 who will be residing at a rented property. This entails you providing your passport, or driving licence and birth certificate in order to comply with Government Legislation.
