NO CHAIN. Housesimple is delighted to present to the market this four bedroom, detached property in Solihull, West Midlands. This detached house is in a popular road and has been extensively modernised and extended within the last four years. The work - begun in 2010 and completed in August 2011 - included retiling the roof, building a rear single storey kitchen and family room extension, modernising all the electrics, recarpeting and plastering throughout, fitting a Worcester gas combi new boiler, installing modern radiators, replacing the front door and garage door and replacing internal doors throughout. The design for the extension was produced by local architectural firm, Hampton Architecture and built by local building company, Touchwood.
