TENANT APPLICATION FEES & INFORMATION Unless indicated, properties are available via Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST's) for a minimum of six months. A tenancy deposit will be required and is taken at the start of the tenancy. For credit and mastercard payments a surcharge of 3.5% is payable on the total transaction amount. To make payments by bank transfer (BACS) please contact a member of the team for account details and reference number to be quoted. Application fees are payable for each tenant applying to occupy the property with single applicants chargeable at £225.00 plus vat (£270.00), and additional applicants chargeable at an additional £150.00 plus vat each (£180.00). Please note that the need for a Guarantor may not become apparent until your individual application & referencing is complete. Should a Guarantor be required, an application fee is payable for each guarantor required and is chargeable at £100.00 plus vat (£120.00) per guarantor.A one off charge is made for the preparation of a new Tenancy Agreement at £50.00 plus vat (£60.00).Should the planned tenancy be in the name of a Company as the tenant, the Company reference fee payable is £300.00 plus vat (£360.00). Upon renewal/extension of a fixed term Tenancy Agreement, an administration charge of £45.00 plus vat (£54.00) is payable. Check out inspection is charged at £45.00 plus vat (£54.00) upon vacation of your rented property with the agent.
