"This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a HUGE 3/4 Bedroom ground floor maisonette in Myton Drive B90, Recently being redecorated through and offered Chain Free we strongly advise viewing this property to appreciate the accommodation on offer. The property has been extended and tastefully developed over the past 25 years or so by the present owner. The garage was built in 1989 to accommodate a Discovery (extra high). Two years later it was lengthened to 40 ft and will accommodate a Discovery coupled to a trailer with a Land Rover on the trailer. The car port was built some time later and easily takes a caravan and a car. The drive to the garage and car port has room to park 4 or 5 cars. The two bedroom extension was built in about 1997. It was specifically designed to be used as a granny annexe if ever needed.
