" This traditional semi detached house is situated in a convenient location for many of the amenities in the Solihull area. There are a selection of shops along Lode Lane and further shops on Hobs Moat Road extending to the A45 Coventry Road in Sheldon. The A45 provides easy road access to the M42 motorway which forms the hub of the national motorway network. Situated near this junction is the NEC, Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station. There are local bus services which operate along Lode Lane providing access to the Town Centre of Solihull where you will find an excellent choice of shopping facilities including John Lewis Department Store and Touchwood Shopping Centre.  ACCOMMODATION ON THE GROUND FLOOR The property is set back off the main road behind a paved tarmac driveway.
