An internal inspection is recommended on this gas central heated and double glazed detached property. We are advised by the current owner was originally a three bedroom dwelling but is now a two bedroom. The kitchen has been extended with a breakfast area and double glazed doors opening onto the rear garden, range of wall and base units with work surfaces over, one and a half bowl sink and drainer with mixer tap, electric hob and double oven, extractor hood, door leads into the utility room which has space for appliances and door into the shower room. The first floor landing leads to two double bedrooms of which the master has a range of fitted wardrobes. The bathroom which is of a good size has a four piece suite comprising of a panelled bath, wash hand basin, shower cubicle and low level wc. A key feature to the property is the garden having a patio area, pathway leading to various lawned areas, courtesy door to the garage, fence and hedge boundary
