"The property is situated in the popular Copsewood Grange which is located to the east of Coventry City Centre providing easy access to the surrounding road and motorway networks to include the A46, A5, A428, A423 and the M69, M6 and the M40. There is a regular bus service to the surrounding areas of Rugby, Leamington and Coventry City Centre.

Copsewood Grange has a wide range of amenities to include a golf course, shops and stores and schooling for all ages.

In brief the accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/dining room with built in appliances and French doors opening to the rear garden. A separate utility room and a ground floor cloakroom/w.c.
