"This is a great opportunity for someone, its what we prefer to call a blank canvas, yes it needs a hug and a degree of modernisation but on a positive note its a solid upper quarter villa set within the popular location of North Kilbowie. Nearby there is quality schooling, local shopping, local amenities and of course the popular Clydebank shopping centre. When you look at what else is for sale in the immediate area then this property is one of the most competitively priced and offers real value for your money. It is a deceptively spacious property which enjoys a degree of privacy to the front and rear due to the natural tree line. To the rear of the property there are pleasant aspects over the nearby countryside. The accommodation on offer within consists of internal stairwell to the reception hallway which provides excellent storage space in the form of two good sized cupboards. The well proportioned lounge is set to the front and has a decorative inbuilt alcove storage recess. The kitchen is accessed from the rear of the lounge and has ample fitted floor and wall mounted storage units, integrated four ring electric hob and electric oven. The base units are finished with a light grey marble effect work surface and complimentary marble effect flooring. Both bedrooms are a good size with bedroom 1 being set to the front with in built walk in wardrobe storage. Bedroom two is set to the rear of the property. The shower room has a white two piece suite with vanity unit and wall mounted electric shower finished with white ceramic wall tiles with decorative border and inserts. The property has gas central heating and double glazing. There is a private rear garden which is laid mainly to lawn. Reasons to view.......... Pound for pound this property beats all contenders, it really is great value for money when you consider what else is available, its deceptively spacious and offers real potential for first time buyers or those downsizing. We like the trees to the front and rear which enhance the suburban feel of the locale. All in all it is well worthy of your current interest!!!
