"Our clients are very much involved in the creation of this wonderful home and their goal was to achieve as much space as possible with an elegant and mature feel. In our opinion they have certainly achieved their goal and this home certainly impresses in many ways.

There is an elegant sitting room with double aspect views with an extremely impressive open stock brick fire place and will certainly demand your attention. There is a good size formal dining area which is the perfect place to entertain guests overlooking the manicured rear garden. If you have children you will find the extra family room extremely useful, the kitchen has an arts and crafts feel and is large enough for a kitchen table. The kitchen has an extensive range of cupboards as well as further rear access onto the rear garden patio. In addition the property also offers an extremely useful utility room.

The overall layout of this wonderful home is extremely convenient for modern day living, combined with many character features which certainly gives this home tremendous appeal.
