"A beautifully presented 1930 s semi detached home, with views towards open countryside at both the front and rear.

The property is entered from the front via a porch into the sitting room. This has a bay window to the front aspect, a log burning stove available by separate negotiation, stairs rising to the first floor and allows access to the kitchen diner at the rear. The kitchen diner spans the full width across the rear of the property and features an original fireplace with integral oven and original cupboards to the side of the hearth. From here French doors allow a view of and access to the rear garden and fields beyond. In addition there is a door that leads out to the lobby in the out buildings to the rear and side of the property. The outbuildings currently contain a scullery area and a workshop space; both benefit from light and power.

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. All 3 bedrooms allow views over countryside; the master double bedroom is positioned at the front of the property and has a bay window to the front aspect and an original fireplace. The second double bedroom is positioned at the rear it contains the airing cupboard and also has an original fireplace. The third bedroom is a generous single positioned at the front of the property. The family bathroom contains a 3 piece suite including a roll top bath and feature sink.
