"An imposing Victorian semi-detached family residence, built in C.1860 of which has retained a host of character features throughout. Set over three floors the property has been lovingly transformed from a doctors surgery into its former glory. The result of this is well proportioned accommodation. Favourably positioned to take advantage of both Leamington Spa and Warwick town centres.

The storm porch welcomes you into the spacious entrance hallway with original balustrade staircase, solid timber flooring and deep torus skirting boards.
