Seller Insight Barford is a delightful and friendly village in the heart of rural Warwickshire. We have enjoyed living in this village for the last seven years and if it were not due to work commitments and looking to relocate then we would not wish to move.

The neighbours are friendly, helpful and look out for one another and the village as a whole has a true sense of community spirit. The Village Shop is at the heart of the community situated next to the village hall and is run by volunteers who live in the village. There is a Church, a Hotel, a Pub and Bistro Restaurant which are well supported

The property is very spacious and situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The family bathroom and large en-suite walk-in shower room were updated and refurbished approximately three years ago. The hall and stairway were decorated approximately two years ago along with the lounge and master bedroom. The garden has also undergone major re-development including newly laid lawn and patio to the rear and the block paved courtyard to the South side of the property.

Barford is within easy reach of both Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon town centres where there is an abundance of restaurants to choose from on an evening out.
