"A traditional spacious three bedroom semi-detached property with large garden and parking

Stratford upon Avon is internationally famous through being the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and attracts almost four million visitors a year who come to see its rich variety of historic buildings. Stratford is also a prosperous riverside market town with fine restaurants and inns, a good choice of public and private schools and excellent sporting and recreational amenities. Orchard Way is located in a popular residential area of the town within only a few minutes walk of the centre. The properties are well established with good sized plots and comprise a range of detached and semi detached houses. Many have been extended and number 36 Orchard Way which is one of the larger original houses, is a prime candidate for refurbishment and extension if required subject to the usual planning permissions being obtained. Approached over a concrete driveway the accommodation comprises an overhung Porch leading to a Hallway with a window to the front and a useful under stairs storage cupboard. The Living Room with a double glazed bay window to the front has an original tiled fireplace and a French door with side windows leading to a covered Loggia.
