The property is part of an attractive development with ponds and mature trees in a rural setting close to the Bishop`s Hill Nature Reserve. The village of Bishop`s Itchington is less than a mile away, and there is easy access to the motorway network.

Description
At the front of the property is a small strip of garden planted with shrubs. The front door opens onto a hallway with access to the downstairs rooms, including a study and a cloakroom with toilet, handbasin and storage cupboard.
