The attractive and highly regarded village of Tredington is set on the northern fringe of the Cotswold Hills in south Warwickshire. The village is skirted by the River Stour and boasts many stone period properties and local landmark the Spire of St Gregory's Church.
The market town of Shipston on Stour is about 2 miles to the south providing an excellent selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, doctor's surgery and a small hospital. Stratford upon Avon, to the north, provides more extensive shopping and leisure facilities and is the home of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. South Warwickshire has an excellent range of state, private and grammar schools.
For the commuter there is easy access to M40 (J12) at Banbury and (J15) at Warwick.
Chipping Campden is 8.5 miles away, and Moreton in Marsh 8 miles with trains to London Paddington.
