Situated in the centre of north Kenilworth, this three bedroom semi detached home offers a great opportunity for renovation and extension subject to planning .

Located on the quiet Watling Road, with no through traffic, this family home sits on a wide plot, enabling the possibility of a wrap around extension subject to planning permission . The wide driveway has space for two or more cars, and the front of the house is framed by a small, well tended garden.

Stepping into the house you will see there is plenty of scope to put your own stamp on a great family home. The spacious living room is brightly lit from the front bay window and connects directly to the kitchen.
