"A wonderful 17th Century thatched cottage situated in the conservation area adjacent to Kenilworth Castle, benefiting from the most stunning south facing views over Abbey Fields and the lake within. One of the most pleasant aspects and location within Kenilworth.

A superb, tastefully presented Grade II listed home providing well planned accommodation with many original and period features to include sandstone walls, exposed beams and timbers, ledge and brace doors and modern electrically operated Aga within the kitchen.

The cottage originally comprised three bedrooms, however the previous owners have utilised the accommodation to create two double bedrooms with walk-in dressing room to the master.
