"This handsome four bedroom Edwardian semi-detached house is located in a popular cul-de-sac within walking distance of Walton mainline station. The property has been updated over the years but still keeps a wealth of features in keeping with the era. On the ground floor you will find a separate lounge at the front with a bay window and working gas fire. As you walk through to the back of the house the property really opens up to a wonderful family space which is fantastic for entertaining. There is a family room with stripped floorboards and feature fireplace and bookshelf. Off of this room is a large kitchen dinner with doors on to the garden. The kitchen has granite work surfaces and a includes a breakfast bar, a five ring gas cooker with double oven and built in dishwasher. There is also a utility room and a large shower room. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, three of which are doubles. The main bedroom has plenty of fitted wardrobes with a bay window and bedroom two overlooks the garden and features fitted storage and window seat with further storage underneath. Bedrooms three and four both have fireplaces which are lovely features. There is also the family bathroom which has a three piece white suite. Externally the driveway has recently been landscaped and allows parking for three to four cars. The garden is wonderful, it is west facing and approximately 100ft in length and also has a patio area for outside dining. The property has gas central heating and the windows are double glazed throughout with the front being replicas of the originals.
