"Biddick Villas is to be found in the premier street in Columbia Village. Biddick Villas is the backbone of Columbia, located conveniently for easy access to Washington Galleries and the A1. The local schools include Biddick Sport Academy and St Roberts of New Minster RC School and Sixth Form College. If you enjoy the outside life, Biddick Villas is a very short walk, drive or cycle to James Steel Park with its many nature walks and cycle paths, fishing ponds and play parks and to the River Wear, where you can walk along to the pubs and restaurants that align the river bank on Bonemill Lane, and then onto James Steel Park. Or walk/drive to the Washington Arts Centre, which has a theatre and boutique courtyard restaurant/bar.
