St Peters Riverside is a very popular development located on the north bank of the River Wear. There is access to beautiful scenic walks along the river to Sunderland Marina and the coast beyond. Also within access is the city centre as well as Sunderland University and National Glass Centre. It is also within proximity of St Peters Metro Station giving access to Sunderland and Newcastle city centres.

Our View

This is a great home suitable for first time buyers located on this desirable development on the banks of the River Wear. Internally, the property is well presented and gives good living space. To the ground floor there is an entrance porch which leads through to the lounge and the modern fitted kitchen with a range of built in appliances. Up on the first floor, there is a good sized master bedroom with built in storage and a feature bay window looking down towards the river. On this floor there is an additional bedroom as well as the family bathroom. Externally there is a driveway and an additional parking space to the front as well as a garden to the rear which is accessed via the kitchen. Vewing comes highly recommended.



Directions :-

From Sunderland City Centre head North over the Wearmouth Bridge towards Roker. At the Wheatsheaf junction follow the one way system round to the right, at the next set of lights continue round to the right then immediately bear left and head towards the coast, at the roundabout take the second exit towards the glass centre. At the mini roundabout take the first exit on to Mulgrave Drive then second right on to Hardwick Rise, at the end of the street turn left and the property is located on the left hand side.
