From the A19 take the Chester Road and exit the A183 and head east towards Sunderland. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Hylton Road and follow this road to the next roundabout taking the first exit onto Hylton Bank. Continue down the bank passing the Metro Centre on the right taking the next right hand turn after the Jolly Potter public house and turn right again into Calxheugh Road, follow the road round onto Riverside Park and turn left into Estuary Way where the property will be found.
